MEMBERSHIP:
If you are eighteen years or older, you can become a member of the CCHDM by simply signing the roster that is updated at the door of every dance. Even youths under eighteen may be appointed to committees to provide their viewpoint. All members guide the operations and activities of the CCHDM by electing officers, providing input at meetings, and pitching in to help with dances and musical performances. OFFICERS

CCHDM by-laws
The By-laws are availabe below. At this time the group has approved the following proposal to suspend the bylaws pending future growth. I propose that at this time the bylaws of CCHDM remain temporarily suspended for the conducting of future business until such a time as the group grows in size to need and support a board of officers. Until that time I propose that Wendy Howe continue to manage the hosting of regular dance sessions and special events as well as any advertising necessary and may form committees to assist, Mariya Salyer will replace George as the second on the bank account, and Amy Britton continues to communicate with the band and oversee the recruitment of band participants for special events. This suspension will take effect immediately. This change was approved in August 2022.
